Do I need a referral?

No. You can choose to book in with us now without a referral and pay the full fee privately. However, you may be eligible for a rebate through Medicare if you have a referral. Read below for more information on our fees and options.

Prices:
Sessions are $200 and run for 50 minutes.

Longer session times can be offered at a pro rata fee

Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of two business days’ notice is required for appointment cancellations. If less notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session fee will be charged. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the full session fee (100%) will be applied

Medicare Rebates:
A current Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist will enable you to claim a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. The current rebate amount is $85.20. Give us a call or contact your GP to learn more

Private Health Insurance
We will provide you with a copy of your invoice post session for claiming. The following private health insurance providers offer rebate for psychological services with an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker when you have relevant extras cover. If you are with one of the following providers, contact them to confirm your eligibility or any conditions for a rebate prior to attending:
